What I Have Learned This Week: Coffee Punch
People! Did you know there was such a thing as Coffee Punch?
How did I not know this?
This morning, my running partner, E, was sharing her menu for a baby shower brunch she'll be having next week.
She talked of egg casserole and fruit, but she got my attention when she spoke of making coffee punch.
The minute we were finished I ran inside and Googled Coffee Punch, and sure enough, its TRUE!
Here is just one recipe that sounds amazing.
Coffee AND ice cream. A match made in heaven.

I have to admit,as a dyed in the wool lurver of the bean, I had no idea about this either. And it (sorry) sounded a little...um...disgusting. That is until I read the recipe.
I could go for that!
That sounds sooo yummy!! I would love some right this minute in fact..at 9am!!
Let me know if you try it!!
I've made something like that before, except it didn't have any coffee liqueur in it.. it was delicious though! I'm sure you will love it.
All that ice cream and only 6 cups of coffee? Seems like you'd need more coffee... Of course, there's only one way to really find out - I'll just have to make some! :o)
I had never heard of this but it sounds delicious! Can't wait to make it.
Coffee Gal!!! I can't believe YOU didn't know this!!! I'm so glad for your sake you found out. It is so yummy! Definitely a treat I love to partake in. Dunkin Donuts has 50-cent iced coffee today and the proceeds go to support the military. Head over there is there is one in your neck of the woods.
Oh, that sounds heavenly!
Have a great week.
I used to NOT be a lover of the iced/cool coffee, but I've found a couple of things that are deliciously cool that converted me.
I think I may add this to the list.
Thank you for being an encourager this morning!
I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS!!!!!!!!! ooooo wohoooo I will have to try this! YUM
Oh, I love some coffee ice cream. I just need to think of a reason to make this!
YES! Love me the coffee punch. :-)
Sounds like a coffee milkshake...which I totally love. Thanks for the recipe.
I am not a coffee fan, but I could be converted!
Or I could just skip the coffee and eat the rest!!!
Oh my word - sounds amazing. Like a glorified milkshake. :)
I cut out a similar recipe and added it to my file a few years ago, but never tried it...probably because I was afraid that I would drink the whole thing!
Yum!!!
Now I could get into this as a morning dessert! Thanks for posting this yumminess.
Sigh...I wish I didn't know about this. As it is, we have it for every baby shower, Holiday and just because. (It's the "just because" that get me:-) Just kidding...it is such a treat. Thanks for sharing the yummy recipe.
