There was two cross-country moves.
There have been highs and lows.
Not to mention all the laundry and lunch dates and silly things I do.
And, oh!, the typos. The many, many typos.
It all started mid-summer with a Big Bloggy Blueberry Day, and 1000 posts later. Here I am....
The 1000th post!
I thought we would start with a post entitled 1000 Things About Me.
Here we go:
1. Just Kidding! I can hear the "out" clicks of 1000 20 mice (as in the computer kind).

Now, I am not the only one celebrating this week. One of my favorite bloggers is also celebrating this week. Meredith and I met a couple years ago via our blogs when she one a ballet skirt I was giving away. She has become a dear friend. A friend that I hope I get to meet face-to-face within the span of the next 1000 posts. Hopefully WAY sooner!
I keep trying to talk her into coming to see me in NC. So do me a favor and go on over to her place later and tell her why North Carolina would make a fine place to visit.
One of the really neat things about Meredith is how she connected me to the CarpoolQueen and several other great bloggers in the South. I was thinking about it the other day and realized that she sort of has this Kevin Bacon - Three Degrees of Separation thing going on the net, and I want to know how you know her? Think about it and be prepared to tell in tomorrows comments.
It may be a party on the net, but its work as usual at home...laundry calls...oh, the life of a blogger.
